We offer two shipping options:

✈️ Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-4 business days.
🚚 Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. While we aim for same-day shipping, please allow one business day for order processing.

RETURNS

Faulty or Incorrect Goods Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@sustainabled.io.

Once we have confirmed the fault or error, we will:
✔️ Repair, replace, or refund the item.
✔️ Cover return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs for the replacement.

Exchanges & Credit Notes

🔄 Exchanges: We will ship your replacement product as soon as we receive the returned item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanged items.

💳 Credit Notes: If you request a credit note, it will be issued to the email address used for the order. We are not responsible for any fees your bank may charge.
